The Grand Hotel is in a perfect location just a few metres from the main chair lift in Chantemerle. This 2 star hotel is ideally placed for anyone wanting to get up the mountain quickly, and without fuss. A true old mountain hotel, cosy and comfortable. It is close to everything with a selection of bars, restaurants and shops just outside the front door.

The Grand Hotel is a 'cheap and cheerful', a great value solution for families, friends and ski enthusiasts looking for cheap accommodation right next to the piste.

Guests can relax in front of an open fire in the hotel bar or enjoy a range of beers in the new Bar Le Lodge adjoining the hotel - a cosy apres ski bar and restaurant open at lunchtime until late. Evening meals at the Grand Hotel are available at 10€ per person. This includes a buffet salad, main course and dessert. 

The Grand Hotel has 85 rooms capable of accommodating 1-5 people in a room.

All rooms have either shower or baths or both. Each room has direct dial telephone with remote control TV. South facing rooms have balconies and every floor is served by a lift.

A recent review on Trip Advisor says:

"Perfectly located for skiing, this hotel was just what we needed.

After a long journey, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is great and waiters very attentive.

The rooms are very small and far from luxurious... in our case, we were very satisfied".

Rooms prices below are per room and include breakfast. Local 'tax de sejour' is payable at the hotel on departure - 0.75c per adult per day.
